    Our mobile app has encountered consistent issues, leading to suboptimal shopping experiences for our valued customers. Given the challenges we've faced with the mobile app and our commitment to providing the best possible shopping experience, we have made the decision to focus our efforts on alternative platforms that better serve our customers' needs.

  • When will the app be discontinued?
    The app will be discontinued effective March 1, 2024. You might retain access to the app until March 12, 2024, as per contractual obligations. However, please be aware that from March 1 onwards, you won't be able to make purchases or utilize the mobile app. We kindly request that you remove the app from your device.

  • What will happen to my account and rewards?
    Our app operates independently from our rewards and account program. Rest assured, all your rewards and account data will remain intact and accessible through your browser. There will be no changes to your account information or rewards balance. You can continue to manage and utilize your rewards seamlessly via the browser as before.

  • Will there be any alternative solutions?
    Shoppers may utilize the website via mobile or desktop browser, shop app, Instagram/Facebook Shop.

  • I enjoyed getting push notifications, now how do I stay in the know?
    No need to worry! We'll keep you informed through email and text communications. Simply visit our website, where you can sign up for notifications at the bottom.
